eFile Prep for Windows
| eFile Prep allows users of the Roundtable Software Advantage Accounting System's Payroll module to prepare a file for submission of W2 and 1099-MISC forms to the Federal government. If your state accepts the MMREF format defined by the IRS, you can also generate the State records for W2 data. In addition, you have the option to generate quarterly state submissions throughout the upcoming tax year.
The eFile Prep package retails for $695. There is a new version released every year. Depending on the extent of changes required to meet the current standards, users of previous versions are generally offered a discounted rate to upgrade to the current version.
