eFile Prep also has the ability to print the form-fill W-2, W-3, 1099-MISC and 1096 paper forms based on data in our Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules. W-2 copies 1, 2, B, C and D forms themselves can also be printed along with the attendent form-fill.

The eFile Prep package retails for $175. There is a new version released annually. Depending on the extent of changes required to meet the current standards, users of previous versions may be offered a discounted rate to upgrade to the current version.
